Mechanical Design & Process Engineering
To assure problem-free operation with maximum efficiency and sustainability in mind, ZISE offers bespoke mechanical design and process engineering solutions according to the client’s needs either to upgrade, repair, re-design and maintain the plant, or to study, design and manufacture a customised system/machine or the whole plant from scratch.
Before commencing manufacturing and installation, we conduct technical and economic studies for feasibility assessment and then develop customised Process & Instrumentation Diagrams and mechanical (2D and 3D) and electrical drawings.
In addition, ZISE provides engineering and technical consultation services to guide its clients selecting the best possible option for their plant. Our team can also help in achieving the product’s end-specifications (e.g. quality and flavour) by selecting and tweaking the right parameters and fine-tuning the whole process.

Installation & Automation
ZISE plans and supervises the installation/repairing methodology as per the technical drawings and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams to grant that the final outcome will satisfy the pre-set specifications and all designs will comply with the local and international hygienic standards.
In addition to the mechanical and electrical installation tasks, ZISE is capable of automating and (re)programming any process using Programmable Logic Controllers.
